Woburn trails are under threat from being knocked down at the end of the month! Matt jones (identiti bikes) a Woburn local was the first to start the campaign to save Woburn!
Basicly the council aren't willing to provide the funds for the renewal of the 20 year lease and the pay for the Greensands Trust to be in the area. So we need as much support as possible to show it is worth while renewing the lease!
Also if you have ridden at Woburn you will know the parking on the verge is very dangerous and will need to be sorted if the lease is renewed however there is a dirt track just down the road which would be a possibility, also please may you try to avoid parking there if you ride there from now on.
We would really appreciate it if you could email Matt Jones at mj.jones2@hotmail.com with why you want the woods to stay open for biking use and why it will be a huge disappointment if they stop biking within the woods.
